OUR PHILOSOPHY
physical therapy and wellness

At The Links, our philosophy is simple: treat the root cause, not just the symptoms. We look beyond pain to uncover what’s truly driving the problem. Through targeted movement and therapy, we restore mobility, reduce discomfort, and prevent future injuries. Every plan adapts with you, ensuring care fits your needs. Our goal is to give you the tools to take charge of your health and get back to doing what you love—especially on the golf course.
Wellness is also a core focus. Our proactive Physical Therapy isn’t just about preventing injury—it’s about keeping your body at its best. Regular screenings catch small issues early, addressed with exercises, hands-on care, and techniques like dry needling. These strategies improve strength, flexibility, and balance while optimizing movement. This proactive approach keeps you strong, energized, and enjoying golf for years to come.

OUR PROCESS
screening and assessment

IN-DEPTH CONVERSATION
We begin with a detailed discussion about your current condition, medical history, previous injuries or surgeries, and personal goals. This helps us understand your body’s story—what has happened, where you are now, and where you want to be.

TPI MEDICAL SCREENING
Using the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 screen along with the TPI Medical Screening, the Physical Therapist applies his expertise to identify the underlying causes of mobility and stability deficits, as well as any pain that may be present.

PT ASSESSMENT
Combining the insights from your history, screenings, and examination, we determine the root causes of pain or movement limitations that may be preventing you from making consistent, powerful contact with the golf ball.
