OUR PHILOSOPHY

personal training

IMG_7381.JPG

At The Links, we believe every golfer is an athlete. While pros may not stand out by size, their bodies are finely tuned for golf’s unique demands. We focus on building a body that moves better so you can swing better—improving consistency, power, and resilience. Golf fitness is a lifetime investment that boosts performance today and keeps you swinging strong for years.

We assess and train five key areas: mobility for pain-free movement, stability to maintain posture and transfer energy, endurance to perform throughout the full round, and strength combined with speed to generate power—making it easier to send the ball farther with less effort.

LIMITED EXPLOSIVE POWER REDUCING DRIVING DISTANCE

LACK OF FULL BODY STRENGTH DECREASING CLUB HEAD SPEED

TIGHT HIPS AND SHOULDERS REDUCING YOUR ROTATION

FATIGUE SETTING IN BEFORE THE BACK NINE COMBINED WITH POOR HYDRATION

POOR CORE CONTROL LIMITING TRANSFER OF POWER FROM THE GROUND

IN-DEPTH CONVERSATION

We start with a thorough discussion about your movement and exercise history, past training, injuries or surgeries, lifestyle habits, and goals. This gives us the full picture of where you are now and where you want to be.

TPI LEVEL 1 SCREEN

Using the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 screen, we evaluate your mobility and stability to identify root causes of any movement limitations affecting your swing. We assess key strength movement patterns to pinpoint areas for improvement.

Finally, we evaluate your strength, power, and endurance to measure how big your “engine” really is. This step shows us your baseline strength, ability to generate power and transfer energy efficiently.
